Por qué tengo anuncios si pago suscripción?

Pago con débito automático la suscripción y me siguen apareciendo anuncios. Por qué?

Could you give me more information about the ads you're seeing while using Spotify?

Is it between songs or during podcasts? Also, are they like banners and cards, or audio ads while you're listening to the content? Last, could you confirm what is your current Spotify Premium plan, please?

From the screenshot you kindly sent us, we noticed you were listening to a podcast episode. As part of the Premium subscription, all music can be enjoyed ad-free. And while Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship independently of the streaming platforms featuring such podcasts.

We provide this option to podcast creators as an extra way to help them monetize and live off of their content. We really appreciate the time you took to write this to us; your feedback is important to us. We know you’d like to take this as an opportunity for Spotify to become an incredible app. This is being monitored and we invite everyone to share their opinion in a constructive manner.

I understand the ads inside the podcasts -usually advertising other podcasts of the same platform- What I can't understand are the ads of spanish companies run before the start of a podcast produced in UK , USA or CAnada. It is hard to believe that these spanish companies are paying to the podcasts producers to place their ads there, moreover when these ads are always from the same companies. Looks more like Spotify is charging me for a service you don't provide: namely, listening to the content without ads, and charging to the companies for placing the ads I don't want to listen to. Can you explain me what is the advantage for someone who mostly listen to podcasts in the platform to pay for a subscription? Cause I'm cancelling mine pronto.

Yes, thanks for speaking out,**bleep** mean Spotify offers the Premium plan as a way of using the app without advertisement. Why is Spotify offering features it cannot provide? In law terms, I believe that what Spotify is doing is called false advertising. Is creators will to allow advertising over the terms of use of Spotify or even more, over the law? This is not a "creators issue"! THIS IS SPOTIFY CATCHING INCOME WITH FALSE ADVERTISING & (in words of Mike Portnoy) PAYING PEANUTS TO ARTISTS.

I have the paid subscription, and DURING the podcast I'm listening to, Spotify is playing ads. They are not ads included within the podcast itself, it is Spotify that is interrupting the podcast to put ads in the middle. What is the point of paying for the premium subscription? I've been paying Spotify premium for years, and I was already annoyed by Spotify (and not the podcast) putting ads at the beginning and end, but interrupting it to put ads in the middle is a new level, it's unacceptable. I'm going to report it to the OCU and cancel my subscription.
