Por que não consigo cadastrar um novo cartão na forma de pagamento?

Estou com problema na atualização de pagamento, não está cadastrando o cartão novo e anterior foi cancelado.

Thank you for taking the time and reaching out to us here in the Community. We'd like to take a closer look to this and assist you so that you can continue your Premium subscription. We hope that you don't mind us replying in English.

 

First it would be great if you can double check the following:

  • That the payment method is registered in the same country to your Spotify account.
  • Enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases.
  • Opted into e-commerce and cross border payments. You should be able to look for this setting in your bank’s mobile app settings if you have it.

Another useful step to try is to see if it works from an incognito/private window.
