Porque me solicita pagar nuevamente, cuando mi pago lo realice el 15 de noviembre

Hola! El dia 15 de noviembre, me cobraron la mensualidad de mi cuenta, pero el dia sabado 24 me llego un mensaje que habia un problema con mi pago, sin embargo, sigue viendose reflejado el pago en mi cuenta de banco

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. Spotify only charge you once a month for each Premium account you have. If you notice more than one monthly payment to Spotify, or see payment attempts even though you already paid, it’s likely you have more than one account subscribed to Premium.

 

Look for accounts you might've subscribed with. 

 

Note: If you upgrade from Premium to Premium for Family, your payment date will likely be brought forward to account for the difference in price. If you recently upgraded to Premium for Family, this may be the reason why you see payment attempts already.
