Poseo error en el pago

Informo de error para pagar, hablo con el banco y me dice que ellos realizan el envío del pago pero spotify la rechaza, envío imagen del error.

Hy hezorg, 

I got the same problem and tried your suggestion, as well as following the steps given int the help section. I also called my bank, and they told me there is no restriction and they didn't even see the transaction attempt.. but at the end I still got the same error. Do you have any idea how I could go further in solving this problem? BTW I don't have other credit card, and changing the payment method is not a suitable solution... Thanks in advance for your help.

Could you use another device or browser in incognito mode to try to get the Premium again?

Thanks for your reply, yes I tried from my computer in normal and private
mode using iexplorer and chrome, and as well on my mobile phone in
incognito mode as well, but still impossible...
Any other idea?

Have you contacted your bank or card operator as I've suggested before to the other user? Try to double-check with them if your card can be used for that kind of transaction.
