Pourquoi je paye mon abonnement premium alors que j'ai un abonnement duo?

Depuis novembre 2023 j'ai changé
d'offre : passer d'un premium a un duo avec ma fille.( Tarif plus avantageux que 2 premium). Pourquoi je suis encore débité d'un abonnement premium.? Comment se faire rembourser ?

If you've upgraded your Spotify account to Duo from Individual Premium then you shouldn't be charged for both subscriptions. To check your current subscription on your account, go to the Account Overview page here and check the receipts. 


Is it possible that you've upgraded your daughter's account to Duo instead of yours and you're still on Individual Premium on your account? Also, make sure to read this article if you think it's possible that you have another Spotify account.
