Premium 3 months

Hi, i want to ask you about premium. I bought the "starter" packet for 3 months (in my country it cost "20PLN". I bought this and on my profile is information, spotify premium gonna be lost at 18.06.2018

I changed payment methode from credit card to bank transfer and now i have 1 month not 3.. What should i do?

Can i get e-mail to spotify Poland? Its gonna be easier to talk. Thanks ;>

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you've used the bank transfer payment method, you've only received one month of regular Premium instead of the 3 months Premium offer.

This is because bank transfer is a non-recurring payment method and the offer can only be claimed when using a recurring payment method (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal).

Your account will revert back to free automatically once the month of regular Premium is over.
