I've had a premium account for over four years.  Last month I got an e-mail telling me that the payment could not be processed, so I checked with my bank; everything's in order. Then I tried using a different credit card; I've been trying different payment methods for weeks but i always get the message "oops, it looks like your bank is having a bad day..." or something like that.  Please help, I haven't been able to use Spotify in over two months.  Thanks.

Can you give it another try from an incognito window or a different browser? If that doesn't help, try using a different device.

 

You can also try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Sometimes, using a different WiFi or mobile network also fixes this.
