Premium Account Issue

I just uphraded to the premium account.

 

I sent invitations to my wife and three kids.  When my son accepted, he was sent to a log in page.  When he entered my log in (which is now for a premium account), it said he was already logged in to the account.  When he tried a new user name and password, he got an error message.

 

When I go on the site, it says his invitation was sent and is still pending.

 

We can still only have one user at a time.

 

What did I dio wrong?

Hello Mr. @jon3123 and welcome to the community 🙂

 

Log off your account and then log in to refresh the invitation button again. The code has a token in it, and after few minutes it changes for security reasons if the user does not accept on time.
