My Question or Issue

This morning I tried opening Spotify and it is saying that I do not have an account. I was charged for my premium account a week ago and everything was working fine yesterday afternoon. Now it is saying that my username and password are not working and that I do not have premium

I am not able to log in to my account. It says my email is not valid. I even created another profile using that email and it is weirdly syncing some of my data and playlists. Not sure where to go since I have been tweeting at Spotify Support and have not heard an answer from them.
