I have the Individual Premium Plan in the USA.
I am trying to find out if I had to enable the Hulu account during the promotional period and since that period is now closed if I am no longer able to activate the Hulu subscription. I can't find the "Your Services Page" that is referenced. I can only locate the "Apps" page in my Account. In the "Apps" page I see that access is available to Hulu.

The Premium and Hulu deal has now ended, and once you cancel your subscription from Premium and Hulu to individual Premium - there is no way to get Hulu back to your plan.
Also, you won't see 'Your services' page unless you have Hulu/SHOWTIME added to your plan. I'd recommend keeping an eye on Spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.
