My Question or Issue

Hello,

I've had a Premium Spotify account for several years now and have had a Hulu account for about 6 months. Recently, I received an email saying that as a Premium Spotify member, I was entitled to a subscription to Hulu. I went through this process, but I am still being charged for Hulu and I can't tell if it was added to my Spotify account. Please help.

The Premium and Hulu bundle offer has ended, therefore you shouldn't be getting an email about this.

Could you let me know how long ago you received this email? Also, could you let me know the sender email address and send screenshots?
