Premium Deal is unfair for people in Quebec

I would like to know why I can't get the $99 for a year offer for Quebec. I think it is unfair that I am charged more based on where I live in a country where those living in the same country can take advantage of a cheaper option . Because of this, I am considering switching to a different streaming service which will allow people in Quebec to get the same discounts as people in the rest of Canada.

Yup, just cancel my Spotify, But I know that is not Spotify fault, but the Quebec Government and all the rules. Don't forget, is only in Quebec that we don"t have promotions. The rest of the world can. So if you want more promotions you need to move states. Good luck
