Premium Duo Subscription not working, nor is contact page

Premium Duo Subscription not working, nor is contact page

Hi All,

 

I have earlier today attempted to change my subscription from Premium to Premium Duo. Twice now I have been able to select 'Premium Duo' in subscription, and proceed through to update payment details. When I go back to view my account, it still says that I am only a premium subscriber (even thought I have received a PayPal confirmation). It also will not allow me to invite anyone to share my subscription. Adding to this the 'contact form' keeps timing out. 

 

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

First of all, in other to avoid misunderstandings, could you double-check if you've updated the subscription of the same account you're using? Check if you received a receipt of the change in your inbox, please.
