Premium Duo address doesn't match for Spotify

Hi there,

I have subscribed duo premium for my husband and myself, and he can’t join it 

we have the exact same address on Spotify we've checked 10 times even on the same computer and when he put the address, the message says that we are not at the same address... I’m getting really mad at this stuff 

please help 😞

Can you please double-check if both accounts have the same country setting set? 🙂 This can be done here.
