Premium Duo not working

My Question or Issue

My partner sent me invite for Premium Duo and I’ve been trying to activate but it keeps saying that “it looks like you’re joining from another country. Please try again when you’re under the same roof”

 We’re literally standing next to each other. I have no idea what this app wants.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Keep in mind that Premium Duo is for two people who live together, each with their own personal account. 

If you're living with your partner, we suggest that you check your account's country settings here to make sure it's the same as your partner's. 

If their or your account is registered in a different country (than the one you're actually in), you or they need to change those settings following the steps here.
