Premium Duo trotz zweier Konten läuft nur auf einem Gerät

Meine Frage oder mein Problem

Ich habe das Duo Premium abgeschlossen. Jedoch können mein Sohn und ich nicht gleichzeitig unterschiedliche Musik hören. beim Abspielen switcht das andere Gerät auf die Musik des Duo Partners, das wollen wir ja nicht. Was machen wir falsch?

we found the solution by logging out the account from each device once, after that it worked.

Hey @Siegesmund, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

It sounds like even though you're on a Premium Duo plan, both people are on the same account. You're only allowed to play Spotify on one device at a time.

 

To solve this, could you try inviting the other member to your Premium Duo plan following these steps? If they have an account, they can just link it and if not, they can create a new account as they try to add themselves to the plan.
