My Question or Issue

Hello, 

I received the email regarding joining Premium Duo. This would be perfect for my husband and I. However, every time I click the link to join it states that we are eligible for this... can you please advise why my account isn't eligible to update to Duo?

Can you let me know what plan you're on at the moment? Additionally, could you try subscribing to Premium Duo using a different browser or private window?

 

If that doesn't work, send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

I'm currently on the Spotify Premium with Hulu plan.

 

I tried using internet explorer and a regular and incognito chrome browser but got the same error....

Thanks for confirming!

Are you able to cancel your current Premium + Hulu subscription, and then try to upgrade to Premium Duo? Keep in mind that it's no longer possible to sign up to the Premium and Hulu deal, so if you cancel your subscription you'll lose access to Hulu and won't be able to add it back to your account.

Will cancelling lose any of my playlists and saved songs? I have quite a
few and don't want to lose them in the switch.

Hey @kkolaga,

 

You won't lose any saved content, including music and playlists when you change your subscription.
