Our kids have grown up, married and moved out. Should my wife and I switch from Premium Family to Premium Duo?

Premium Duo is a discount subscription for two people living together. The subscription plan that lets you include a separate Spotify account for each user, both people keep their own music and login details. 

So, in your case - if only you and your wife will be living at room then yes Premium Duo would be a great plan for you. Ultimately, it’s up to you. More information on the types of plans Spotify offers here.
