My Question or Issue

I've moved to the UK for study and my account is in Australia as that's where I have all my banking. I'm responsible to pay for Spotify in my house so j switched over to Premium Family and updated my address to my London Address with no issues but no one can join under that address because they don't have an Aussie billing address even though my account has listed my London Address. Help!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In order for it to work properly, you'll need a payment method that's been issued in the UK so that your account's country setting gets updated from AU to the UK. 🙂
