Hello.
I have a spotify family account with my wife and my two kids.
I declared the lost of my credit card two weeks ago, thus the Spotify debit failed and my account was suspended.
When I entered a new credit through the Spotify web interface my account was reactivated BUT no more family account just a single premium account !
Question : how can I get back to my previous FAMILY account, with all the previously declared users and without any loss (download, playlist and so on) for me and my family.
