My Question or Issue

I want to add family members to the newly created Premium Family account, sending the link by email. Following the procedure, the new member is ask to enter his address to verify the same location. Although the address is identical, Spotify believe/says that the member seems to enter from a foreign country. Payment by credit card is registered in a neighbour country, that was already a problem creating the acount, but now the account address is in DE?

What can we do?

Thanks for the post and welcome to the Community!
 

In order for this to work, the country set on your Spotify account needs to match the country that you're currently in and the address you've set on the Family Manager account. 

 

If you're currently in Germany(DE), your Spotify account needs to be set to DE and the address should be a German address. 

 

The same goes for the accounts of the family members you'd like to add to the plan. This won't work if one of their accounts is set to Luxembourg or another neighboring country.
