My Question or Issue

Hello all, after enlisting for the promotion with the Google Home Mini it seems my account was changed from Premium Family to just normal Premium, and now my parents/siblings are up in arms with me since their Premium is gone. I assume this is not supposed to happen since there was no warning regarding this, and the FAQ says that Premium Family is also eligible for the promotion. Could someone please clarify this for me and provide a solution so I can get Premium Family back?

Hey @sckav, thanks for writing!

 

I'm sorry about that. If you go to your account profile, you'll see the receipts you've already paid, and then check if your Premium really changed from Family to regular.

You'll also be able to see the information about the next charge.
