Hi Spotify 🙂

 

I canceled my individual premium account and prepaid Premium Family for a year, but renewal notices keep coming up. Has my purchase been validated and will I be able to use it after the individual premium after it expires?

Could you let me know what is the current status of your Premium that is shown on your account page, please? If possible, send a screenshot of your account page, hiding any personal or sensitive information it may have.

Also, I'd like to suggest that you take a look at your receipt history to check if everything is fine with your last payment.
