Premium Free Trial incomplete

I subscribed on April 22 2017 for the free 30 day trial of Spotify Premium. So I should have the account free until May 22nd.

However, when I check my account subscription it says that it will renew automatically the 11th of May and that I will be charged 14.99$. Thats 11 days before my free trial ends.

Who can I contact to make sure this doesn't happen until the actual date that I subscribed in? (May the 22nd)
