Hello, on the third day I can not buy a premium gift card.

I checked all the settings, verified everything in the bank and still the same message.
I can not even buy / confirm the Premium version for free for 30 days. Still the same message ....

Hey @Racech,

That's not cool!

 

  • What is your bank saying when you check with them?
  • Have you made sure that your card can actually be used online?
  • What device are you using?
  • What OS are you running?
  • What browser are you using?
  • Are you connected to WiFi or a mobile network? (eg. LTE, 3g, 4g)

Any other information you can give us will help us heaps!

Ive had the same issues. Ive tried on five seperate days, with a card I know I can use online, on three different devices while on wifi and on 4G. Nothing is working and I couldnt buy the subscription in time for my wife's birthday which I am dissappointed about. It either gets to the point where I can pay, and it says it hasnt worked, or the page refreshes and wipes all the information I have entered and then need to re-enter it all again. Disappointing.
