Hallo Zusahmen, ich mochte kundigen von Spotify Premium.

Aber nachdem drucke ich auf kundigung knopf, ich sehe..

(-Hoppla! Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuch es noch mal.)

Und so 3-4 tag schon...also ich brauche hilfe.Danke.

Do you have any trouble signing up for Premium using an incognito window? What about using a different device?

I tried all methods which are possible, incognito also, from all my mobile devices.

But it doesn't work either. After I confirm my termination this comes up: 

"Hoppla! Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuch es noch mal." 

Could you help me please?
