Premium Offer - No subscription but charged $0.99 twice on my card

Premium Offer - No subscription but charged $0.99 twice on my card

I tried paying for premium offer CAD0.99 for 3 months premium. Upon sharing my payment info and clicking on "start my spotify premium", my card was charged but Spotify displayed a message that "it looks like you have used this service before" and gave me no access to spotify premium.

I tried this twice and both times, I received the same message leading to two payments of $0.99 each.

I need you to reverse the payment asap.

I don't think the Spotify community can reverse the payment, but here's a link for the support page to get a possible refund:
