Premium Payal

Hi,

I joined premium spotify yesterday and payed with paypal.

since i didn't have the "radio" option over the app i wanted to canceled my account and rejoin with a different one.

but now it seems that i can't go premium (im trying to pay with paypal but nothing happens).

i can't pay using creadit card either because "the payment method does not match my country" somehow.

any help?

Hey @tomermontilia, welcome to the Community!

What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? Do you have any trouble getting to Radio by going to an Artist or Song > Tapping the three dots > Start Radio?
