Need help.. 😞 I'm currently on Individual Spotify Premium, (expires on 09-02-2017). How come the back button is grayed out in the app, and when I press shuffle, it asks me to go on Premium, then it prompts me to subscribe to Spotify Family. 😞 please help.

Can you please perform a reinstall of the Spotify app? That should fix it. 🙂
