Premium Spotify Address Issue

Hi, a family member of mine all of a sudden had an issue with our premium account and when I sent him the invite, it kept on saying his address is incorrect. That's impossible, we've been in the same address for 35 years!! How come all of a sudden he can't login now? How can I reconfirm my address so he can join again??
