Premium Student Not Working

I was billed for a premium account when I have the student 4.99 a month. Why did this happen?! I want a refund!!!! I only had the student account for 9 months, why am I being billed for PREMIUM!! Fix this NOW!! I'm sick of getting ripped off - now my hulu won't work either.

Help's arrived! When looking at the email inbox used for both your Spotify account and your institutional email, do you see anything from SheerID (Spotify's verification partner)? Make sure to check Spam/Junk!
