Premium Student subscprition stoped

My Premium student subscription ended for the first year and reverted back to normal premium. However, when I tried re-applying for student premium again to continue it, the system tells me I have already redeemed this offer. How do I regain my student subscription again?

In case you receive this error message you need to get in touch with SheerID. They'll send you an email including a valid activation link allowing you to apply the student discount to your Spotify account.
