Premium Student with a new student ID

My Question or Issue

I had Premium Student for 2 years when I was an undergrad. I’m starting grad school now at a different university and I have a different student ID. Do I still have only 2 years left of Premium Student or does it reset to 4? Actually, am I even eligible for the discount anymore since I’m using a new ID on the same Spotify account? The FAQ page wasn’t very clear about this so I’m kind of confused, but I haven’t been able to sign up for Premium with my new ID, which makes me think that’s what’s happening. Thanks to anyone who can help! 

(If it helps, there was a year and a half gap between finishing undergrad and starting grad school, so when I got the option to renew Premium Student in February I wasn’t eligible.)

If you're still eligible for the student discount in the new school, you'll just need to resubscribe again here.
