Premium Subscription, being charged, but not working

Premium Subscription, being charged, but not working

I have a premium subscription, am being charged, but have not been able to access any premium features. My apple account says I am subscribed, and I updated my payment method around the same time. However, only says I have a free trial and unable to use my premium features. ???

Hey @Onabada,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

It is my user/Apple ID and FB on the apple receipt and my Spotify account. I clicked on “report problem” and it took me back to this same forum we are in. There are no issues with my other subscribed apps working. Ironically there is no way to contact Spotify - it looks they leave us to fend for ourselves for free advice from users they charge money. I have been a Spotify subscriber for five years and will now be canceling my subscription. I’ve wasted time searching for a simple help button on this site and $12.99. I’ll be sure and share my experience.
