My Question or Issue

My Premium subscription suddenly stopped so I am unable to use any premium feature from my mobile device. I did not receive any notification about this and monthly susbscription was paid for.

Hey @christianlkit,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
