Can I subscribe to Spotify Premium using a credit card from another country, and will my current premium account be terminated after I move?

When subscribing to Spotify the payment method you provide has to feet the country of origin.

Therefore, if you already have an account and you're moving to another country, i'd suggest you first check out this help page to understand the steps needed on your country settings.

Then, you can use this Spotify answer for further actions.

Some more info on your questions:

1.  You must update your payment details by choosing a payment method available in the country you're gonna move to.
2. Then you'll be able to change your country to your new one.
3. You can continue using your old account. There isn't the need to create a new one.
