I have multiple accounts and I got the free trial on one account and it was working and then it switched to one of my other accounts today without me knowing. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to put it back on the other account because all of my playlists are there. Please help me.

Sorry to hear you're having issues! Are the accounts linked to different emails? If so, I recommend searching through your email accounts and figuring out which one is connected to each account. Also, if you've tried using the premium free trial before with the same payment method, it can sometimes trigger something in the system. Hopefully you're able to work it out!

As a heads-up in addition to what @eltoch suggested, you can take a look at this support site article and carefully go through all the listed steps in order to find the Spotify account connected to the Premium trial you successfully activated.
