Premium Suddenly Stopped Still Charged

Premium Suddenly Stopped Still Charged

I have been paying and using premium for years. Suddenly it says I have a "free" account and has started playing ads. I haven't made any changes and am still being charged monthly. I also can't contact support because I am no longer a "premium" user even though I am paying to be.

I do not have other accounts, facebook login, etc. I have logged out and back in several times

Hey there @jmeagleson, welcome to the community!

 

That's not good. Let's try to see what's going on here. Can you head over to your account page and check if it says your status is Premium or Free? Also, as a sidenote, support is reachable no matter what your subscription status is, Premium or Free, so that's odd.

Okay, that's odd. Could the payment method you were using have expired? If you've checked that already, I'd suggest taking this survey as it should point you out in the right direction.
