Premium Visa Payment

Help. Trying to change free to premium account but when i enter the webpage for introducing my credit card and accepting the suscription , it dosn´t show the spaces to put the information , instead it has a charging circle .... can´t put the info and change the account . .. 2 days the same problem. Thanks

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

In case the page doesn't load after trying these steps, I suggest making sure your card meets the requirements on the picture attached to this post. You might need to contact your bank to make sure it does.
