Premium Visible on app but not on web log in

My family premium account is visible on my android mobile app but when trying to send the invite link the subscription is not showing online. What is causing this? I have logged out of all devices and tried logging in on one and it still won't show.

Could you please confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? Did you also try to log-in on the computer? Could you please check this site if you are really logged to the correct account?
