Premium account changed into free account

Premium account changed into free account

I have been paying for preimuim for at least three years, but it suddently changed into a free account and although it seems like my account with my playlists and my login it states that it's my mom's account, with her name and picture in the corner. I logged in to my account on her iPad recently. 

I have logged out and in. Reinstalled spotify. And my no other device is using my account. 

 

Please help me. Thank you!

Got the same problem, i've recently renewed my Premium on 05.06.2014 and today my Premiumship seems to be deleted or something like that.. i'm paying with PayPal and it got withdrawn on 05.06.2014

@Human - Those cases are dealt with by a specialist team so they can take a little longer than normal, I will however escalate that case number for you now just to make sure it is with the right guys for you.

the email i used for writing the support was

kanemans@freenet.de

Is that a support case reference? If you could reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no-reply address) that will bump your case over to an adviser asap.

I was referring the email of confirmation you get when you set up a subscription which outlines what you have paid and what plan you are on - as well as stating the username that you used during the upgrade.

And I have just one email for spotify...

After that mail I send you the bank receipts and did not get a answer...

It can not be that I pay money and the product what I paid for is not provided with times. This is a baseless impertinence!

I Know its an old post but the same happened to me today, any way you can help, i have tried reaching spotify thtough twitter and the formulary but no response

Hi, it has to do with an original spotify account being disconnected from your facebook credentials. I had to log in with a number (found it on my payment bill) and a long forgotten password. Then reconnect the account to facebook. Id call spotify for help if you can't figure out

This just happened to me. No idea why. I only log into spotify using my phone, one day it was premium, the next day it wasn't.
