Premium account changed to free

Hello everybody,

I'm writing because my premium subscription has changed to free today, that's pretty weird since I've paid for a month of premium and not 10 days. Hope you can help me.

Yes I do. Neither was send me an email from the costumers service

That’s odd! Could you try checking out your Spotify account page, and let me know what your subscription status is?

It says it is Spotify free, as you could see I paid the month...

Let's check to see if you are accessing the right account.

First, could you try checking your receipts here:

  • If you can't find any listed, you can try the steps here to locate and access your Premium account.
  • If you locate a recent receipt listed, head here next to double check the username/email address you should be using to access your Premium account.
