Premium account downgrade?

Premium account downgrade?

Hi,

 

My Premium account has suddenly been downgraded back to free. Is something wrong? Latest payment was 26-07-2017 so that shouldn't be the problem. I have logged out an logged in again, and even updated the iPhone app.

Can someone help me?

If a log out/ log in doesn’t work, advise him to check his inbox. Did he get a confirmation email after upgrading?

 

Also, can you ask him to check this guide in our FAQ to find out if he has a second account?
