Premium account is shuffle playing every album

I still have my premium account and every album I play is shuffling. I can still add to my queue to get songs to play in order but I shouldn't have to do this. I want the album to play all the way through. That's why I pay for premium.

Could you let us know if this is happening across all your devices? Also, it would also worth a shot if you make sure that the shuffle mode is deactivated in your app.

same here. Since I activated DUO for my partner, albums stop playing after ONE SONG then some unwanted *** is being played.

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. This seems odd so let's take a closer look into this together.

To start with, can you provide us a recording of when you start playback and then what happens after? It would also be great if you could provide us a screenshot of the playlist you're playing from.
