Premium account payment failed yet being charged twice monthly

Hey, I received a notification on my Spotify informing me that my premium payment had failed. I felt this was supicious. I looked at the details for the payment card and they are all correct. I then noticed that I was being charged twice per month for the past year! Usually one payment of £9.99 at the start of the month and one at the end of the month. I don't have Spotify attached to any other emails or Facebook. I also don't have information or Receipts for the payments matching the ones at the end of the month. 


I am trying to find a way to contact Spotify to understand why my premium account payment failed and why I have been charged twice yet it seems there is no contact information or anything to use. Any help would be appreciated.

If you double-checked with your bank and the Spotify charges you reported are not pending, it'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps featured in the section More Help > Do you have more than one Premium account? to find and act on the source of these unrecognized charges.
