My Spotify account logged me out of my Spotify app on my computer and phone and when I logged back into it, my account had reverted back to before I upgraded to premium. About a year ago I upgraded from free to a student premium subscription and about a month ago I joined a family plan. For some reason when I log into my account now, it only shows my account as a free subscription and all of my playlists and music are gone.
Someone, please help!
Also, when I fill out the contact form, will anyone from Spotify actually read it and send me a helpful email back? Or is the initial email with "quick fixes" all I am going to get?
