Premium account stopped without warning

Premium account stopped without warning

I have a premiumaccount for almost two years now and today i went on my account and I had commercials and couldn't download for offline. I already signed in and out but that didn't work.

Hey there @Marilene1, welcome to the community!

 

That doesn't sound good. Can you head to your subscription page? Your status should be Premium. 

 

    1. If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstallation. You can find how here
    2. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Hee Kate,

My status is now Free so i went to my receipt and i signed back in with my Facebook login details.. but that didn’t work.
So i dont know what to do..

That's odd. Is that how you usually logged in? Do you see all your playlists and music? You can also take this survey, it might help point you out in the right direction.
