Premium account upgraded to family without my consent

Premium account upgraded to family without my consent

Without my consent Spotify changed my account to from Premium to Family and debited my bank account. Tried to change it back and kept getting the Ooops message. What can I do to change this?

thanks for the advice. I am using the facebook community by sending a message and putting in on the wall. fingers crossed
