My Question or Issue

 I pay for Spotify premium via iTunes. Money left my account 17th may and no premium access - has been discontinued - please advise as I’m all paid

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.

In case you weren't been able to find another Spotify account associated to you, our best suggestion would be to contact our friends over at iTunes for more info regarding your payment, since they're the ones who handle your Premium subscription.
