My Question or Issue

I have had Spotify free for a while, and I wanted to upgrade to Premium for the summer with the 0.99$ for 3 months offer. However, now that I've completed the payment, I see in my account that I've been charged 9.99$ for one month. Could someone please fix this? I find it upseting that the advertisement does not match the reality.

Thank you.

I understand that before upgrading you were on the Free plan. Did you ever have Premium before that?

I was on the free plan and never had premium before

Has your VISA card ever been used for Spotify payments?

Never before the registration yesterday

I'd recommend reaching out to Support via one of the below ways:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
